James will tell you he’s a “Student of the Natural Environment”
As a practicing landscape architect with over 45 years’ experience. His specialty being estate property outdoor living plans with naturalized garden design emphisis. James believes everything in the universe works together to sustain life. His beekeeping journey began with his love for flower gardening, organic gardening and sustainable landscaping. Over the years, James’ horticultural design experience and plant knowledge, has provide him a unique understanding of the natural environment and contributes to how he approaches beekeeping, management and sustainability, which he shares with other hobby beekeepers at his weekly Breakfast with Bees meeting.
Helping to answer questions and educate beekeepers, he has been keeping bees for 12+ yrs. and hosts a zoom meeting ‘live’ every Saturday morning
called “Breakfast with Bees”.
